WTF.

Govts around the West are coming down with a heavy hand. They are scared of us.

We should bear that in mind.

They know we are discontent and are capitalizing on their power to make any sort of rebellion impossible. Less that they are scared, more that they are building defenses now that they can, creating a regime that can rule over a population of discontenteds with no possibility of the masses staging a revolution.

No big deal, they just got done using a high powered biological weapon against the Australian people 4 years ago and the people lined up for it.

Something tells me this was from 4 years ago.

What it actually is is a virtual cell phone tower used to spoof being a telcom so people's phones get picked up and they can put everyone on a list. The reason for the radiation warning is people usually shouldn't be standing next to a cell phone tower while it's in operation.

A CSS or IMSI catcher AKA a 'stingray'.

Law enforcement use CSS (Cell Site Simulator) to pinpoint the location of phones often with greater accuracy than other techniques such as cell site location information (CSLI) and without needing to involve the phone company at all. CSS can also log International Mobile Subscriber Identifiers (IMSI numbers) unique to each SIM card, or hardware serial numbers (IMEIs) of all of the mobile devices within a given area. Some CSS may have advanced features allowing law enforcement to intercept communications in some circumstances.

Anyone with an active cell phone coming into the detection zone is identified and logged - and later retrieval of data/ phone use and messaging is possible dependent on the software capabilities of the CSS device being used.

You see those oblong box fixtures at the top of the tower?. https://commsbrief.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/image-16.png

It's literally a single one of them manufactured into a circular 360 degree configuration placed on top of a tripod.

no, it is not

I have seen the stingray devices in person with my own eyes and they look nothing like that

[ - ] dassar 1 point 4 daysApr 25, 2025 20:54:00 ago (+1/-0)

Ok what is it then?.

Because set up in a car park in the middle of no where is no use for an electronic weapon.

Plus it has nothing for an operator to hold on to or any way to direct it unless the operators all want to be zapped.

probably a dispersement mechanism of some sort, but I am merely guessing, I do not recognize it, i just know it is not a cell phone spoofer or anything like that

Check this out, this was from a Serbian protest: https://watchpeopledie.tv/search/posts?q=vortex

They were performing 15 minutes of silence for 15 victims of something or other... and then, government forces deployed this "vortex" aural weapon.

I'm not sure whether this is a recent video, or dates back to the covid lockdown protests and relates to this -

Looks like a microwave weapon. Probably not ionizing radiation. Radio waves and light are technically radiation.
