Yes but this is mainly because their movies and other media go in to their country and convince them they want to move here. Also other US tax payer paid organizations go over and facilitate the process for them. As well as US tax payer programs to pay them once they get here.

How about us white folk mass migrate to a poor African nation? We can take over Burundi relatively easy and dead all the burundians to the collapsing western countries.
