That would be ideal, but we are definitely rich enough to afford it right now. Stop giving all of extra gibs to niggers and Israel and tax remittances to Mexico and we'd have a budget surplus. Whenever benefits go up, within 3 months or less other prices usually go up accordingly, on top of the usual excuses for price increases.

A person only needs food, water and shelter to live. And if the government is determined to help, it should only extend to those bare needs. No luxury, nothing beyond a tent, a few MRE's and drinkable public water, not filtered, not bottled, Just regular tap water. All done in some kind of public facility, like a prison but with the explicit expectation that those who enter will be rehabilitated with a plan to work and survive for themselves.
