TL;DW

According to their discussion up front, he did virtually everything wrong when it comes to claiming self-defense. They also go into what his defense might look like, which they admit will be difficult because of everything he did and said that day.

Looking at the facts without left/right politics, black/white race and such, it looks bleak. But we'll see how gracious the judge is and what the jury demographics are.

Shameless plug: if you have (or are considering) concealed carry insurance, compare AoR to the insurers. If an insurance underwriter/decision-maker determines you acted with criminal intent, then tough luck. Crimes cannot be insured, and they won't touch your case

Sure thing. The professional review and peek into how all of the known details could play out in court is a nice break from the endless opinions.

Aside from skimming headlines and the occasional clip, I haven't been looking for details. With that in mind, they were very succinct and cogent. Now... we wait and see.

From what I watched... that Nigger was guilty of murder to begin with due to the "touching" not being a legitimate level of threat needed for "self defense". Then the Low IQ Chimp fucked himself over further with each of his statements following his arrest.
