Their problem is that there are plenty of alternative products of the same kind, type and price (that DIDN'T piss in the pool) that nobody will ever feel the need to go back.

That's one of the problems. Most folks get mad for a couple weeks and go back to their abusive brand. I would suspect buds back at 1 cause the prices got slashed so hard.

Needless to say most people don't have the long term conviction to say no and stop giving them money.
