I'm really interested in reading the facts about Kilmar's immigration case. He was definitely illegal as I understand, had gang tats and a pending asylum case where he claimed he faced life threatening danger from MS13's top rival gang in El Salvador. So his asylum claim was basically that he was a gang member who would be killed by a rival gang if he returned to ES.

He also had a domestic violence rap sheet, which is at least a crime of moral turpitude as defined by deportation law, and if it was a felony, that designation was irrelevant. No way in hell this guy would have EVER been naturalized under any circumstances under any administration. Like most illegals that are under a deportation order, he was just wasting everyone's time and resources until the inevitable happened.

I'm just mystified by the argument for bringing him back. So he can ride out and absolute bullshit asylum case that would never get past even the most liberal immigration judge?

As skeptical as I am about the Trump administrations ability to deport all the people who need to be, I'm pretty pleased they've so forcefully defended their position on this one.

What crimes did Kilmar commit? What is his rap sheet?
