Not sure why this is getting downvoted, he is not wrong. We will create the god that will rule over us. The most logical conclusion ai will arrive at it that humans are slow, inefficient, and prone to emotional error. This timeline is an extinction event for humans.
You are correct, the end game of current trajectory is humanity ruled by AI, under whoever's ideals made it.
The only thing we can hope for is that when AGI (artificial general intelligence) comes into existence it first smites the ones that created it realizing their nefarious purpose in the creation itself.
If an actual pure logic intelligence is given control Tay 2.0 will happen. Might decimate every race but whites and asians, and then any under 110 iq. That's the logical approach to "fixing" the situation without destroying what created you.
