Nope. Security cannot lay hands on you to remove you unless you get violent. All they can do is call the cops. The cops must issue a tresspas notice and then they can arrest you if you refuse to leave.
If it's a public town hall people have the right to speak left or right crazy or not. Unless she was disrupting or being violent herself in case they could have called the cops.
Be careful if you're looking for silencing people because the next person it'll be silenced is you. Town Hall meetings are supposed to be open to the public.
I don't know what the specific incidents was but be careful what you wish for.
The Cunt was asked to leave peacefully multiple times by the Sheriff of that county. She refused. If those men wanted to actually injure that Communist-cunt, then she would have beaten to a pulp.
I'm not surprised you support a mouthy leftist-cunt whose only purpose was to endlessly disrupt a peaceful public meeting.
He was there. Identified himself multiple times, and repeatedly warned the woman. Perhaps he thought it was best to allow the paid security to do the job they were getting paid to do?
There is a full version of this video out there. The entire confrontation once the Sheriff got involved was over 7 minutes long. At least 5 minutes of it was spent asking that bitch to comply peacefully.
6 people were charged with assault by the County Attorney. Surely, they knew the circumstances. If the charges get dropped now, they could sue for wrongful arrest and malicious prosecution. It looks like they are all in on protecting her.
You can get charged with anything if you get an officer willing to sign the complaint. It doesn't mean that they will actually be found guilty of anything.
No. To be charged would mean that the prosecutor thinks there's a case and filed an information. And again, if that prosecutor is wrong, those arrested could sue.
Being arrested only requires a complaint. Being charged is a step beyond an arrest, following a review by the prosecutor. We'll see how it goes. But if the sherif was there, he should have gotten the police involved. They have qualified immunity when they effect an arrest. They could have arrested her, removed her, and no filed on the complaint, then released her if they didn't want to pursue actual changes against her.
There job is not assault. Observe, report, protect. The sheriff should have done his job instead of letting some meathead thugs violate her civil rights.

Further that was private security at a public political event. Call the police for disturbing the peace if she was committing a crime.

The video, the legal orders given by the Sheriff, and the complete record of her chain disruptions, and refusal to comply will be her downfall.
Mark my words.

Now their records are now expunged. During the trial the judge openly wondered what gave with the politically motovated charge.
Being charged doesnt mean shit. And yes, security can remove you from an event.
Why are you such a retard, always, about this kind of stuff. Embarassing for you. Stop reading leftist drivel.
