Not sure what we might assume but it is important to continue to spread truth.

What can we safely assume about a person who refuses to say anything positive about Christians

Depends.
Does this person declare White Blood and White Soil his highest power?
Because that guy seems better than any Christian.

They are not Christian.
Maybe they view it as slave morality that maintains the status quo by preventing those who subscribe to it from achieving for themselves the kind of power those who promote it possess.
Maybe because it's based on a collection of stories that are derivative of older stories from older religious mythologies.
Maybe because it promotes ideas that are clearly retarded to anyone who isn't a modern day hippie.
Maybe because the only saving grace of most Christian conservatives is that they don't really give a damn what the Bible actually says, and wisely ignore most of what Jesus says, so we ask why follow the religion of Christianity if Christ's teachings aren't important.
Amongst other possible reasons.
Such as how consistently Christian groups supported things like antiracism and prosemitism.

The correct answer is we can assume they are a shapeshifting jew that masquerades behind peganism.
