The entire purpose of a big flashy truck is to have people hate you and not give a fuck.

I have not done this yet. Perhaps one day, but it is not a priority at all.

And it is exactly as you have said: Show the traffic who is boss in the truck.

People drive them like sports cars. They put a LOT of faith into 5000 pounds.

Don't forget to remove the quiet, functional factory exhaust system and spend thousands of dollars to make it as loud and obnoxious as possible.

Nothing says "I'm a dickless douchebag" better than flooring your truck unnecessarily all through residential neighborhoods at 3am with your tailpipe blasting 5000 decibals of thunder.

Absolutely true.

I don’t see myself doing this but fully understand why someone would.

But I’d rather have 100 F150s flying by in the left lane than ONE Prius going under the speed limit creating an unpredictable pattern of traffic working to maneuver around them.
