My sun is still a ways above the horizon, but it's sinking into a long evening.

I've tramped over a lot of ground, met many good people and have seen much more than I was consciously aware of...until now. Sure I've got regrets but without my past I wouldn't be who I am today.

Would I change the past if I had the power within me to do so, or if that change was granted to me?
I think not. There's a reason for the past, without everything that it consists of there would be nothing to endear, nothing to learn from, and an endless "Journey" without a compass.

There does come a time in life where one resigns to the road they've traveled and the wheels no longer turn...but I'm leaving the keys in the ignition just in case.

Hi dass. What have you been doing? I'm glad Easter Friday is over because all the shops were closed in my little town - depressing. Went in for a bike ride thinking the shops might open late but no. F..k public holidays. Be different in America 'cos it operates 24/7!
