Now that I'm older, certain care has to be taken with my body.

Any little injury needs to be rehabed and babied, no more fighting through the pain.

My body simply won't tolerate seed oils and simple starch carbohydrates anymore. I get inflammation quickly from that shit. Lean proteins, sweet potatoes, vegetables and organic eggs are the bulk of my diet.

I'm on a thick cocktail of anti aging peptides. It's costly but I can afford it.

I do 30 minutes of mobility workout after getting out of bed to keep from getting stiff and to eliminate the early morning aches. I work out 3-4x a week cardio and resistance to keep my body conditioned.

Alcohol is out of the question.

Funny in my 20s I could eat fast food and get shit faced and still be decently okay. That being said my business involves heavy labor on my part and this Grey beard still hangs with the young punk fuck faces!
