I have had to deal with the sadness of leaving my kids at daycare when they were little. NEVER would have left them with a nog. These "people" are total nightmare fuel. I used a small place owned by a Russian woman once. All Russian and Pole carers. Kids came back clean, smart, rested and happy. It is possible.

A 3-yo should be with the mother until at least 5-6 years old, depending on the case with grandparents for moments; not with strangers. The parents fucked around and found out, be grateful he is still alive.
