once a week is a bit much, supposedly once a month is a better schedule... But i wouldn't drink the syrup, there's other things without all the extra additives. (also the OTC form is filled with bromine which has its own bad effects)

Liver Failure? Most OTC cough syrups have insane amounts of Acetaminophen (aka Paracetamol) in them. Read the label.

You can EASILY ingest amounts of that pain killer that will fry your liver in a matter of weeks.

Do yourself a favor and go find out what the root cause of the problem is, instead of just treating the symptom.

You can buy cough suppressant DM at dollar general. It has the active ingredient you are looking for and no acetaminophen. Don't fry your brain, but also...it's not like you're trying to keep it nice for the next guy.

It’s against the rules.

You don’t drink medicine, you take the proper dosage to treat a condition.

No matter how you look at it, drinking a bottle of cough syrup is just wrong.

Taking medication for no other reason than “it feels good” is substance abuse. It is an indication of a serious flaw in your character. Before you know it this will lead to you snorting the marijaunas and frying your brain.

Nyquil has different formulations but most of the liquid ones have dextromethorphan. Its not good for your brain.

i don't drink syrup. too many additives. freebase only
