I'm gonna guess a major sudden gearbox failure, and the main rotors sheared off, taking the tail of the helo with it.

Helicopters often have a magnetic chip detector in them, that can give you early warnings for engine and gearbox failures. Basically when an engine or gearbox starts wearing out or gets damaged, chips of metal start breaking off and the chip detector will detect those chips and give you a warning light. The emergency procedure for this generally involves landing ASAP. The dirty jew could have been lying to the media that the pilot needed fuel, when really he got a chip warning light and didn't make it back to a safe landing area before disaster struck.

Of course it's also possible that the jew's DEI mechanics fucked up the main rotors and the blades chose death over flying with niggers.
