I joined a gym about six months ago I've forced my fat ass to go nearly every day. I used to belong to a lower cost gym, but I noticed a pattern relating to the part of town and the clientele. I purposefully selected a gym in an affluent part of town where the clientele is nearly all White people, but with a few exceptions, which I'll describe.
I live in a university town, there are so Asian students who go to that gym. There are very, very few niggers who live in this area, so there aren't many who go there. There's a good number of Hispanics, and there's a handful of Middle Easterners who live in the university area.
Because there are so few of them, niggers are actually not much of a problem, but if there were more of them, it would be insufferable. They're the ones who don't know how to behave in the steam room and the sauna, they move weights from the free weight area, and generally do stupid shit that would never occur to White people.
The Hispanics there aren't at all ghetto trash and they're pretty serious about their fitness, so they behave well. No problems with them.
The Asian students are fucking idiots. They're arrogant, they drop free weights when they're exercising, and let the weight plates in the exercise machines slam down.
The Middle Eastern guys are just loud, and they don't realize how loud they look in public.
This is a good gym, and the management does a good job of enforcing proper behavior. Even the chicks who attend behave. They may dress like sluts, with the tight leggings that accentuate their asses, but they're there to exercise, not attract attention and I never see them standing around chatting up guys.
Home gym master race. Don't have to deal with any of that shit. All I need now is a poster of Hitler to watch over me and make sure I never tire, never slacken, and never despair.
Oh, I've got a home gym too, and I use it. The gym is for exercises I can't have at home, like a lat pulley. They also have amenities that are prohibitively expensive, like a steam room, sauna, pool, and infrared therapy.
Home gyms are nice and i have one. but unless you have a lot of room for equipment they only work to a point... i have to use the local gym also because i cant fit the equipment i need into my weightroom

I have a full rack that I can do bench press, squat, deadlift, and ohp with. Have an olympic bar with a full set of plates, bench, dumbells, pretty much everything I need. It all fits in a little workout zone in my basement.

Planner Fitness is basically everyone and their mothers. Niggers, while they don’t cause trouble, tend to take up a lot of space are are seldom mindful about getting the fuck out of the way. They’re congestive by nature.
But even then, the trouble with a planet fitness is the crowding. The free weights and cables are always taken leaving only the weight machines - excluding the selfie pect-fly station which is where people go to hang out on their phones.

Even when we are trying to photograph our gains, their is a strong sense of modesty rather than glamour.

I wanted to mention that since I've been going to the gym, I've lost 45 pounds and significantly doubled the amount of weight and reps I could do six months ago. I'm an old man with arthritis in my hip, which limits my mobility, but the exercise has been enormously beneficial, allowing me to walk without too much discomfort. Everyone there, especially the staff, has been great and very encouraging. For the record, I was always ashamed of my weight and never made excuses for it. It was strictly a result of my own decisions.

Learn to swim, or look into water exercise programs that are based in a pool.
Almost every fitness facility with a pool will have these types of water aerobic classes. It is ultra low impact, and gives you all the same benefits without pain, and further stress on your back, hips, legs, feet.
Professional Athletes rehab injuries using this method for hips, knees, ankles, and etc.
Good advice. I did that for a bit, but my gym has an outdoor pool, and it was too cold to use it for a couple of months. I definitely plan to return to pool exercises.
Is it? I'll look more into that. I certainly need it. The last five years were bad for me, and I languished. When I realized how weak I was, I couldn't believe it. I've never been the buff type, but I was always naturally strong, so I'd like to get some of that back. Thanks for the advice.
There are a lot of different opinions on what they said. Some guys like Mike Mentzer believe you shouldn't be wrecked when you leave the gym. He would do 30 minutes of extreme intensity. He advocated for people to have hobbies outside of the gym.
Other guys do 8 hour bicep workouts.
Genetics and what you do outside the gym also has a significant influence on mass gain.
I'm a big fan of zone 2 cardio because it causes your body to consume fat instead of carbohydrates. But I've also never had a problem with fat/weight, and I'm naturally a sprinter. Would toast kids in track and field in highschool without training and wearing my mom's shoes (we were extremely poor).

Thanks, I'll read more about that. I doubt I've done myself any damage, but I'd like to make the best use of my time. When I was slender I used to run and really enjoyed it. I ran two half marathons previously, but I doubt I'll ever be able to do that again. The treadmill has been my friend, increasing my stamina and stretching my legs so I can walk more easily. Now that the weather is warming, I can get back to training in the pool.
When at the gym, when a fat nigger or streetshitter moves into your area, get up and move immediately to a different part of the gym otherwise or you may be overwhelmed with the stench.
In regular gyms my experience is more the fags. When I boxed you had lots of girls hanging around boxing gyms that wanted to get with the fighters. At one point in one gym I was at there was some complication where the girls had to go through the men's locker room to get to the restroom. Even the old geezers were getting constant visits when they were naked.

Cell phones have changed people's behavior for the worse. It pisses me off to see people "camping" on exercise machines, doing a set and then fucking around on their phones for five minutes. Just do your sets and let someone else have a turn. This isn't just the boomers, although they're just as guilty, it's mostly those under 35 or so.

Just do regular 5x5 for the cycle I think it's 6 months, and see how much bigger you get. It's M W F only.
