How very fascinating that the commies, socialists, Far Leftoids, and their enablers (progressive-libtards) was allowed, if not encouraged, to infest all phases of colleges, top to bottom, without any real opposition. How very amazing how these same commies, socialists, Far Leftoids, and their enablers (progressive-libtards) was allowed...if not encouraged....to threaten, attack and terrorize conservative college kiddies, without a hint of any real opposition.
But what is most astounding of all is how quickly all this changed, once these commies, socialists, and Far Leftoids dared to change targets, and place the much beloved, much oppressed (and soooo very helpless) jews in their crosshairs. At lightspeed, the progressive-libtards jumped ship, and immediately begin legislating against their leftist BFFs, and suddenly now the leftist infestation of colleges is such a naughty no-no that a virtual army of Chicken Littles crawl from under their rocks screeching "The sky is falling!"

He is a student who shouldn't have been allowed into America to begin with.
Why?
You aren't allowed into the US if you are Muslim? And, keep in mind, he was allowed in despite being Muslim and was getting his education as PhD. Trump destroyed that effort for no better reason than that he wrote a OpEd for a university newspaper.
I think he's saying there should be no foreign students in America at all, Muslim or not.
I don't know if it's the same in America, but international students is a racket in Australia. Universities make millions, and the students do not go home. It's a scam to stay in Australia.
It's just another form of mass immigration. There are over one million foreign students in Australia, many of them Indians. They lie about studying, their wealthy parents buy property, meanwhile the students themselves clean out the food banks.
I thought Australia has incredibly tough visa requirements for students. I looked into it when I was in college. They required students to show that they had adequate funding to live without needing a job in Australia.

That was for naturalization, not admittance to places of higher education. There would be nothing wrong with a Muzzie taking their US backed PhD back to where they came from and spreading the good word.
I'd be far more concerned that the president of the United States and the US State Department feels the need to control middle eastern studies Departments of Ivy League college campuses for the benefit of Israel. Threatening to put these colleges out of business for allowing criticisms of exclusivly Israel. Criticize anyone, just not jews. This seems far, far more destructive than any OpEd penned by a muzzie PhD candidate.
The first Amendment applies to Congress. You should probably take the time to actually read the words on the paper.
It says "Congress shall make no law ..." and doesn't have any exemptions for passing laws re non-citizens, or anyone else, that would violate the restraints that were laid out in the first Amendment.
The rights laid out in the bill of rights, outside of the 1st amendment, referred to "people" which doesn't have anything to do with "citizens" which also appears in the Constitution. This was reaffirmed this past week re the right of "people" to due process laid out in the 5th amendment for those here illegally and facing deportation for being here illegally.
The Constitution delineates the difference between "citizens" and "people", however, with regards to the 1st Amendment, that delineation is irrelevant because it uses the word "Congress" and restricts Congress from making laws applicable to Speech, Religion, the press, assembly and redress. Nothing to do with people, citizens, or any other grouping of people you can invent.
