I don't know of any Republicans in the original Klan. There were some ex-Whigs though. The KKK was in all but name a Confederate insurgency consisting of ex-Confederate soldiers. You'd almost be as likely to find NAACP members in later Klan incarnations. Lincoln wasn't even on the ballot in the Deep South in 1860... and after the war, well...
