Wife is pregnant, and this was the first visit, we get to see the ultrasound and first 8 week checkup.

We were hoping for twins, because they're common in both our families, and turns out, we did have twins.

one baby is at 8 weeks 5 days, the other one the nurse said got to probably 7 weeks and for some reason or another, stopped growing, and has no heartbeat. We can see one has a strong heartbeat and she said is growing very strong, but the other, as she put it, 'just stopped' and will be likely pushed aside.

We were both extremely sad over this. It hit really hard, even though we have one baby on the way, it was just like looking at two almost same size fetus side by side, one living, one not, and just all the possibilities of who this kid could have been.

It was just like, "a clump of cells" but it was more than that for us.

anyway, another White baby making it's way into the world. It's just bittersweet, almost was two.
