I actually had to refuse getting my blood drawn until this nigger nurse got replaced by an Asian.

I've had my blood drawn dozens of times. Never had an issue. One time with a nigger and it's like she was trying to hurt me over and over and couldn't get the vein. Completely and extremely incompetent. They knew what the problem was when I complained and asked for another nurse.

I'm not sure how this could even happen. It's like... the 'boon thinks this procedure should be like landing a plane, you have a runway that it comes down on and then comes to a stop.

Wonder why she didn't speak up after a failure like that the first time? If her hands aren't steady enough to precisely slip a needle into you, get another nurse. This woman got off easily, I've seen the results of fucked up draws where the needle was inserted, moved around, punctured all the way through the vein, all kinds of bullshit mistakes.

This is a task that requires no mistakes. Your career should be basically perfect in a job like this, like a surgeon.

Same here. Couldn't find a vein. Ended up with massive industrial bruise. She was stabbing me like I had expensive sail foams in my purse.

Wow, seems like the pic is already barbed - at the least the phlebotomist has (purposely) scrapped it along the skin on withdraw rather than a direct extraction away from the arm.
Was this dolt high/ drunk or merely a dei incompetent.
Tbf, i have personally experienced some very deliberately nasty RN's in the public health establishment.
