Last year, when I was removing Jew posters in my neighborhood, a Jew in an SUV darted up to me almost onto the sidewalk and started blaring the horn. After I finished removing the Jew poster, someone in an adjecent building threw water or piss down and almost got me. Missed by about 5 feet. They're real fucking demons.

Was talking to a Catholic woman about Passion Week coming up ("Holy Week" I guess it is now; whatever), and she said "Some of the things the (((Romans))) threw at Jesus, like urine and feces... was just atrocious."
It wasn't a setting where I'd correct the old lady (and she's an old boomer, good luck changing her mind on jews), but I just find it funny that scripture and history both say that Pilate only condemned Jesus to appease the jews who wanted him crucified. Yet old Catholics are just as bad as Evangelicals about the jew worship. Ever since Vatican II it seems.
Anyway all that to say... 2000 years and things still seem to smell the same with the jews.
Yea I'm actually coming into the church because I like a lot of the history and the principles (lex orandi, lex credendi, lex vivendi, e.g.). I like prima scriptura over sola scriptura since I believe prima scriptura is living faith, and sola scriptura is dead faith. However, and Catholics have been explicit about this traditionally - while they can build upon the teachings of scripture, they can't contradict it. Denying the jews rejection of Christ being the cause of his trial and crucifixion runs quite counter to the teachings of scripture. Forgiveness, sure, compassion, sure, righteous justice, sure.
But yid-washing the past to absolve jews of their crimes? No thanks; we've got enough of that in today's culture.
