The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs," the court wrote in its majority opinion.

And, we have been giving illegals due process since the beginning of this country. The federal government is barred from doing anything to any individual, citizen or not, here legally or not, without due process of law.
