Watch him rule that the Supreme Court ruling is unconstitutional.

Fun Fact, The President is the de facto director of the US Dept of State... He can have any non-citizen deported to wherever the fuck he wants as it's entirely HIS prerogative.

This is not a victory like people think.
And while this may be a win for Trump, its impact was muted by the fact that detainees must be given due process before they are deported.

"AEA detainees must receive notice after the date of this order that they are subject to removal under the Act. The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs," the court wrote in its majority opinion.

This has Roberts' best friend, the one I kept screaming about a few days ago, Eisen's fingerprints all over it. Fuck those illegals. They have NO RIGHT to due process.

This is a win for America.

No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

No person. It doesn't say citizen (and the word "citizen" does appear in the Constitution showing that they understood the distinction). It doesn't give any race specifics. And, we have been giving illegals due process since the beginning of this country. The federal government is barred from doing anything to any individual, citizen or not, here legally or not, without due process of law.
