Yes! be careful giving him water if he's not drinking on his own yet. They aspirate very easily. Say his name a lot he'll learn it. If you raise him inside don't let him out or he'll get killed really fast.

We ended up taking it to a wildlife rehab place. I could not imagine having a rodent jumping on me all day and pissing and shitting on me.
