yes.... Central and southern Africa amongst the bantu/zulus, have a cultural practice called "hoog-la" (sp?)

basically if a woman is caught alone outside the village, a young man may grab the woman and rape them in the ditch. "anything other then deep ejaculation"

historically it was a way to spread genetic diversity and there usta be many more cultural "rules" and taboo around it, but now most of that is lost to time and now its just the remnant of the old culture that is bastardized and still practiced.


Side note: This also helps explain the massive rape going on in the europes now with these populations. They have a cultural identity to do it and grew up with few social taboos, not too.

Rape has to do with any STD. Third world countries are just self destroying their DNA. Even if it's not HIV, any STD destroys DNA. Their races cannot evolve genetically, only degenerate.
