I am not counted in this because I have never been charged or convicted for any excessive drinking crimes or answered any polls about drinking, but I am currently drunk and have been for years. If half of the county I live in was counted for every bottle purchased AND consumed, and also stolen from grocery stores, my county would be red instead of yellow.
