How about NO.

I think there's more to this than we realize. I think the Jews were going to use these people as their personal army to terrorize Americans and as assassination hit squads

"It's NOT the Jews!" - @Joe_McCarthy

Prove that they are illegal or gang members.

The same people who told you that they were gang members also told you that Tulsi Gabbard was a terrorist and that Trump colluded with Russia.

Illegal is Illegal.

The fucks can pay for, and petition their own incarcerations-convictions in El Salvador.

Prove that they are illegal. If it's innocent until proven guilty, prove them guilty.

What convictions? They weren't even charged.

Prove that they are U.S. Citizens FIRST, before we extend them the specific rights afforded to them.

Rights are not for just citizens. The federal government is barred from putting people in prison without due process.

Do you think we don't give illegal aliens a trial when they are busted for dealing drugs? You don't think the cops get a warrant to search their house for evidence of an alleged crime? Are we legally torturing illegal aliens anywhere in this country? Do we force illegals to be a certain religion? Can you show me any illegal alien changed with hate speech or illegal speech?

Suggesting the the constitution doesn't apply to the federal government with regards to illegal aliens is absurd.

Now, as for "prove that they are citizens". You seem to misunderstand the most fundamental principles of American justice. You aren't illegal until proven legal. You aren't breaking a law until you prove that you aren't breaking a law. You're not guilty until you prove that you're innocent. If you allege the someone is here illegally, you are alleging that they are breaking the law. That they are guilty. Prove it. Show me any evidence that this is the case.

Rights are not for just citizens

100% False.

They have no right enter this country illegally to begin with, let alone parasite off of our Federal Government, and abuse our legal system in an intentional mass weaponized effort.

Additionally - Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act strips ALL illegals to any rights that might have applied even if they entered legally to begin with.

No one said that a person has a right to enter this country. That's a strawman.

Trump cannot use a law to over-ride the Constitution. There is no law that can be passed by Congress that removes the restraints placed upon government by the Constitution.

Again, if non-citizens don't have rights, then explain to me why there are literally hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens going through the justice system and are in our prisons, right now. Show me where the US government is legally torturing non-citizens. Why would the government feel compelled to get a warrant to search a home of an illegal.

You can't. Why? Because even people here illegally have rights. Stop ignoring that the USG allows for the rights of illegals every day to argue that they have no rights. Clearly they do.

Ffs there are literally 10 million illegals waiting for their asylum hearing. If they had no rights, asylum hearings wouldn't even be a thing.

No right to be here = No right to petition your removal.

GAME OVER.

You have to prove that they are not here legally. Innocent until proven guilty.

No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

Trump is sending these people to a foreign prison and we are paying the prison $6 million a year, per person, to house them, potentially for life.

No person has a right to steal stuff from other people, but they absolutely have a right to due process if they are accused of stealing. You don't lose your rights just because you, allegedly, break a law.
