I've heard of the Black Knight satellite being a space ship the Anunnaki used to get here and observe us a very long time ago. Anthony elevator mechanic that used to work in one of my buildings said the story goes that they beefed up human DNA with their own.

Look man, I dont know for sure, but there was a ytube channel several images of some known space junk - that was traced back to one of the very early shuttles that apparently had 'lost' some trash/ refuse it was loading on from the Space station, and it is comparable to several of the images used on conspiracy sites of the supposed black knight.

TLDR: What ever the black knight is or not - an out of focus image of shuttle trash has been used for visual proof.
