You can't ignore context. Read Catholic doctrine:

"Thou shall not kill" respects the broader concept of the prohibition based on the wider contexts of surrounding scripture. Catholic doctrine specifically spells out that "thou shall not kill" is not a prohibition against every kind of termination of life (it's just against specific kinds).

Even if it is legal somewhere to abort a baby, it is not morally correct according to the Catholic interpretation of "thou shall not kill" (thou shall not kill innocent life)
