Someone on my floor anonymously snitched to the jeetnigger in charge of managing the building that someone has a dog on my floor. Now the fucking jeet is going to conduct forced visits to inspect every apartment to find out who has the dog and forcefully remove it.
The building is also under a master key and the fucking jeet and his squad of pearl clutching Karens are going to be forcefully entering units to change the fire alarms. As if we are too fucking stupid to do it ourselves! And they will barge into our units whether we are home or not! They purposefully do this on work days too.
This is making me homicidal. Its only a matter of time before they say: "kind saar we have noticing that you live alone in big unit, we will be moving a family of niggers in to ensure equality. Its the rule saar!".
I will never ever own property that has a homeowner association ever again in my life. It is just a matter of time before it goes crazy and a bunch of people have nothing better to do all day forge and fake the votes so they get themselves in power so they can terrorize their neighbors. They're all governed by HOAs, sometimes an HOA AND CDD, and they're all garbage. It's a 'CONDO' but what that means is its an apartment you buy, realize its shit, then rent to idiots like me. They rent to me, and some of the HOA members live here. The problems arise from this.
When I complain about the ghetto crackhouse neighbros downstairs, I have to complain to the agent, who then on behalf of the owner, has to complain to the HOA. The HOA contact is the old lady who lives a few doors down and loves all the little nigger children. The owner's agent is rebuffed by the HOA grinch and they all turn around and say I'm the bad guy, despite there never being a prior complaint, while I have documented complaints from my end for months. So they ignore me and defend the assailant. My owner is also a minor owner, in that, they only own 2 out of 30 units, mine being one of them. So the HOA grinch and the ghetto breeders downstairs, just harass away anyone they rent to, maybe for a scooby doo plot to buy the remaining units, who cares.
I've never been fond of condominiums. They're for the elderly or even younger professionals who travel a lot. No need to worry about yard maintenance or what color the exterior is painted or even the roof. Your only responsibility is anything within your own walls. That's the only time an association makes to sense to me.
Of course, disruptive neighbors, like an apartment, may become a problem.

I live on an association road, only ten houses, lake community where most people only come on during the weekend and really only want to party when they do come up. Association fees are cheap (like 600 bucks a year, to cover road maintenance). The biggest issues I have had are actually from the neighbors across the street, letting their dog shit on my yard. We got into it because they were too lazy to walk the dog in the morning or set up a cable run, they wanted to just open the door and let it out, then let it back in when it comes back. I didn't care when the dog was shitting in the other neighbors yard or even at the end of my driveway, but it started shitting EVERY DAY, right outside my door. I mentioned it, it stops for a day or two then starts again. AFter asking 1/2 dozen times, I walk outside, see shit, walk over to him and say "come here. Look (point to it), pick it up". He GOES OFF on me -looked like he was going to start crying (wtf?) as he's picking it up- it STILL doesn't stop. I then e-mailed the association and publicly shamed the prick - it stopped. SO I guess I was the karen in this case, but I have helped everyone on the road at one time or another - including him (especially him), i'm the only one with a tractor

If an owner sells the encumbered land/ home, he ceases to be a member of the association and the new owner becomes a member. I bought a house what I paid for for around 280k city comes back almost instantly and taxes it at 345k because of comps. I fight it have some independent group non city citizens and they drop 10k off that made up number. I asked the fucking guy who appraised it if he had been to the house..m nope just a drive by bullshit made up number based on similar houses
