Is there any way of searching for a song by the tune? The notes... A partial memory of the music...

You see? I can't find it without plugging in the notes.
I can plug in the notes by trial and error until I find it.
I just need the utility.

Soundhound on my phone used to try to do that. But it never did a very great job... Perhaps it is better now, I haven't tried.
