But they are, more than enough cases where a 16yo gets in trouble for fucking a 15yo for daring to be 2 weeks older than the other persone who sits 2 seats behind you in class.
It's a pro-pedophile move, because everyone should see there's a HUGE difference between sex with a sexually mature person and sex with a child or infant. When people refer to sex with a 16 yo as pedophilia, it reduces the implied severity of actual pedophilia.
When the person has already undergone puberty, say 'underage' instead.
