If the store or salesperson didn't make me aware of this (as I would have asked due to all of the stupidity out there), I would consider this a breach of the sales contract.

Yeah, see that's the kind of shit that would piss me all the way off. I really don't get angry or offended often, I would be personally fucking offended by that shit. For one, I'd be locked out of a bunch of features because we don't have wi-fi, and pretty much refuse to get it. More than that though, there's gotta be a reason I don't know about that the dishwasher "needs" wifi for. It's fucking sneaky, and I don't trust shit like that at all.
