With how prepared the nigger was, and how much in pain he looked before he pulled out everything, this makes me think that this guy has some kind of a medical condition. While it was disgusting, there's some certain cases where people can't control themselves, like extreme dialysis treatments or cancer. He didn't look too bad, I don't think he was terminal, but he might have been pretty sick if you didn't know who he was.

I'm sadly kind of on the fence on this one. I had an uncle who is no longer with us who had uncontrollable bowels towards the end of his life after his prostate cancer diagnosis. It was really sad, and I felt really bad for him. This was 20 years ago, though, he couldn't carry a portable toilet around, though I'm sure that it would have greatly helped him.
