Executive judicial legislative art Co equal branches of government judicial does not have the right to override decisions of executive branch anymore than executive can tell a judge how to rule. This includes the Supreme Court which is only Supreme over the courts not over the executive or legislative branch.
Either Trump stops complying with these ridiculous unconstitutional injunctions and goes ahead and gets it done or he never wanted to do it in the first place and he's using these as his excuse just like he did in his first term when he never finished the wall or never did anything else and complained about the judges.
No need to wait for appeals. No need to wait for what chief justice Roberts thinks. None of them have superiority over the president.
It's the most basic of constitutional principles and Pam Bondi and everybody else knows it.
Trump won't do shit because he's a ZOG agent. Where's the mass deportations? There's been non-stop insurrection, sedition and treason, being carried under Trump's "presidency" (and plenty under Biden), yet not a single charge against any of them. Bondi is a useless diversity hire who only talks/lies on Faux Spews while pajeet Patel, focuses on anti-semitism and hanging out with "celebrities" at sporting events. Everything is fake and gay. Everything is theater. America will continue being destroyed and Whites will continue being exterminated and replaced in our own countries. Agenda 2030 continues unabated.
That is the fear. And he certainly let the courts be his excuse for not using his executive power of the last time. And quite frankly I don't want to spend another year or two wasting energy thinking about what courts do or don't decide and acting like that matters at all because it doesn't matter one bit because he can do it and overrule the courts at any moment any time he wants. After all what the hell are they going to do and teach him one more time in his last term in office anyway?
We have to destroy the rule of law to save our democracy
Your sound just like the left did about jab mandates, free speech, and gun rights, which is what they will attack when Trump leaves office and one of them gets elected. Then, they will sau, "Well, Trump did it." Then what?
The neocon bullshit is your effort to subvert the constitution and do away with governmental restraint. Trump deported 2 legal residents, one married to a US citizen whose 8 months pregnant, cause they protested Israel. Now, he's handing out life sentences to people who helped Trump overthrow the democratically elected leader of a foreign country. The same dickhead that cried about election interference here in the US.
The neocon bullshit is your effort to subvert the constitution and do away with governmental restraint.
“You’re subverting the Constitution by telling people not to obey the government when it violates the Constitution! The only way to restrain the government is to let it do whatever it wants and obey it implicitly!”
I don't think you get it. The law is the Constitution is that the courts don't overrule decisions of the executive branch. I'm not sure why this is difficult to understand. The Court decisions do not have superiority over the decisions of the executive branch regarding actions in the executive branch. This is not hard to understand. It's no more difficult to understand than understanding that Trump cannot walk into a court in the United States and command that a judge make a certain decision inside the courtroom. The Constitution lays out three co-equal branches of government that means what the court says in the judiciary including the Supreme Court does not overrule what the executive says. Andrew Jackson knew this and ignored courts regarding certain things and Abraham Lincoln also knew this and ignored courts regarding certain things.
the check and balance on the executive branch which the founders felt was the most representative of the will of the people because of the way it was elected and how often it was elected and because it was elected all at once by the mass of the people all at once they felt the executive branch was the most likely Branch therefore the only check on the power of the executive branch is a impeachment by the full Congress or not being reelected in the next four year term. The court rulings are not a specified check and balance on the executive branch in the constitution.
So, when Biden demanded a jab mandate to keep your job, the courts should have let him? If Trump orders "Hate speech" is not free speech and all rayciss get shipped to El Salvador, you good with that?
It's called, "checks and balances" and the court has been declare laws and executive orders unconstitutional since the very beginning. It is exactly how that system is set up.
Actually when buying order those everyone should have refused he could have brought out the military to demand that they do it in which case the Congress would having peached him.
At some point if it gets too crazy of course you have civil War.
But if it's illegals who are illegally in the country fighting you when you're trying to do something that it's not civil War then it's just an activated invasion Force which is really what all these people are.

Not constitutional.
Not constitutional. You’ve proven you’re not reading at all.
Not constitutional.
We have none. You are demanding we obey the government no matter what it does.
Proving you know fuck all about American history.
