And then 3/4ths of that $22 are taxed away to pay for all that other shit. Denmark has some of the highest taxes in the entire world.

OK. Most countries in EU still have normal taxes. I'm in EU, I've been in US, I can confirm that EU is more fit to allow a normal existence. McDonalds is a great example. In EU their food is tasty and healthy because of serious laws. When I tried McDonalds in US, I was almost about to puke.
