Do cool handshakes at the end so they remember you

Some people derive enjoyment from selflessly teaching others. I would know, i'm one of them. Keep up the good job OP! This platform perhaps isn't as much interested in such posts but i'm sure many others are.

This seems like "AI"-generated slop, however.

If you're a White male...goodluck getting the job, the nigger or pajeet will be first in line for that job... if you're over 50 and White, well...forget it,just go home

Pajeet first, nigger second, aliens from another solar system next, everything else next, White men not considered.

Number one tip:

Ask them what the average day in the role their hiring for is like, ask them to walk you through what a first day, first week would be like, who you would meet, what you would be working on.

Some will avoid answering this question, or act like they don't understand, just keep pressing it.

Why?

Because these are the sort of questions that get answered (without asking) by the hiring manager after someone is typically hired.

And when you get them answering them, it automatically causes their lizard brain to shortcircuit into viewing you as already hired.

It has worked, every single time.

And I would know. I've left more jobs because of neurotic feminist managers, or having to work with lazy ass motherfuckers or drug addicts, than you can possibly imagine.

If its a pass or fail meeting, regardless if its friends, business, or romance, figure out what questions they would ask you, or you would ask them post-acceptance, and then just ask those before you're even given the ok.

Remember, in all situations where someone is evaluating whether to accept you for a role, that person already has a 'script' of what that looks like, both the turn-down, and the positive scenario. They have a script for pre-yes and a script for post-yes.
They've practice this, they've used this before, have experience and comfort with it, so its automatic for them.

Therefore asking the questions that are in their post-yes mental script, automatically moves you to the post-yes camp.
Your answers at that point don't really matter, and often they're so side lined by moving to the next step that they never get back to the original interview or questions.

Where they even thought to ask questions or attempted to get back on track, I've given the most outrageous interview-ending responses, and still got hired.

Because in their mind they'd already hired me, committed.

In short, why let them interview you, when you can interview them?

I recently lost my hob and recently got hired.

I call this article bullshit.

The factors that matters are.

1. Having the right skillsets. Can you, have you...= yes and yes

2. Personality fit. Having the interviewers like you. Its all about networking
