I use a magnesium powder called "Calm" by the company Natural Vitality. Two teaspoons of powder plus about 6oz of water is 325mg. They make gummies with the same name that are pretty good too.
Take it for what it's worth. The feet have the largest pores in your body. They work both ways. Magnesium sprayed on your feet is a complete uptake your digestion interferes with. OTC supplements are junk. Tinctures are your most effective. Stay the fuck out of walmart and you'll live better
