Small and light gun

Any suggestions? I don't care about caliber I just want something reliable and small/light enough to carry around in basketball shorts. That way I can have it on me in my pocket at all times like a cell phone.

Glock makes a 9mm with a slim profile. Its pretty comfortable to carry in an appendix holster
