There are more than two genders. Because gender is a BS word that can mean whatever they want it to mean. That's entirely fair. Their word, their definition. What isn't fair is that we are expected to use or care about a word that means whatever they want it to mean. Stop caring about what anything's gender is. Start caring about something's sex. Because it actually has a useful definition that distinguishes between things that are real. This is a property any useful word should have.
If you don't like what words mean then don't try to rewrite the definition. Use better words that mean what you want. Don't let them use words with Trojan horse definitions to begin with.
Everyone who wrote any law containing the word gender from 1956 to 2010 before the weapon inside the horse was revealed failed to write good law and we needed politicians that would write the word sex where they meant sex.
If we were smart we've be pressuring every state politician within at least the red states to go through every law with the word gender in it and revote on it to update the language. It probably can be done with a single bill. They could attempt to statutorily redefine the word gender but some activist judge will over turn it based on its actual definition or federal definition. So do both. It's much safer and secure to make the law use the language you actually mean.
If you lived in a smart state it would be impossible for county officials to talk about gender because no law would relate to it.
