The only thing worse than videos that autoplay, and worse than videos that autoplay with sound, are videos that autoplay with no sound. Meaning you need to find the sound and enable it. Realize you missed the bigging context, pause it, seek it back, and start it. All while you are viewing a vertical video on a horizontal device, where significant vertical real-estate is taken up by UI, and controls are on opposite ends of the video. So you have to do all the above while scrolling between each step.

It's the worst UI/UX design possible. I suck at design but even I can do better than this.

How to fix it:

Don't autoplay videos unless from the outside it would be clear that the link was a video
Enable sound by default because the video has zero value without it
Record horizontal video
Don't pop up questions in banners like to login or accept cookies
Put all of your controls along the bottom of the video
If you are going to have vertical content make your UI overhead horizontal to it
(I'm realizing they did that which makes me more mad that the login request is actually the second instance on the page)
Scale a vertical video to the available vertical space your UI left
