Possible cavity on wisdom tooth?

submitted by anon to askanon 3 monthsMar 14, 2025 10:31:01 ago (+1/-0)     (askanon)

Been experiencing some pain on the left side of my mouth. Don't see anything. Really hoping it's a canker sore that I can't spot. If its a cavity what do I do? Any suggestions? I hear nano hydropatite can be used to reverse early caries. Don't even have dental insurance

Don’t use mouth wash. The mouth has naturally occurring beneficial bacteria and you’ll want to keep it around.

Don’t drink alcohol.

My teeth were awful my entire life until I went on a low-carb ketogenic diet. Since then, I’ve not had any dental issues.

That said, I would hope you are simply experiencing sore gums from inflammation. In a weeks time, hopefully the pain will subside.

Also will recommend supplements: Magnesium and Copper as both are chelated by glyphosate and missing from the food supply. And a full-source vitamin C supplement. Lastly, you’ll want to get plenty of sunlight for the vitamin D necessary for strong bones and presumably teeth.

Check out Dr Paul Saladino on YouTube. He’s carnivore + Fruit and literally does not brush his teeth.

The water pick kicks ass. I need to start using mine again. Flossing sucks.

Yes. That sweetener is massively beneficial for your teeth. Weird, huh?

Dental insurance or not, you'll pay the same out of pocket.

If it hurts it's not an early cavity. That shit has worked its way into the nerve.

I recall in the past a dentist didn't want to removed it because it was to inside (impacted)
