Actually walked a fine line in legality by seemingly wanting to encourage destruction of a public monument. Now this article makes a very nuanced legal argument that it was free speech but quite honestly as a third party with plenty of interest in naming the Jew I find what he said to be walking a fine line and can totally see why any group wanting to stay within the law might want to not take a chance and might want to ban that person
