The problem with vouchers is they make it easier for the various types of niggers to go to private schools. The best option is segregation, be it explicit segregation or de-facto segregation via separate schools for low/medium/high performing students.

I like the different schools approach. They can kvetch and ooga booga about it, but they won't have any solid argument against it. If there are any right-leaning Asian groups, they can push hard for the different schools approach. Problem is, would junior high have to be 4 years? Would we go more towards the Japanese years, 4 junior high, 3 high school? Junior high would be the first 2 years of observation, second 2 years would be placement into low, medium and high performing schools.

private schools can kick them right out. Not under the same guidelines as public schools.
