BS - the homeowner came out and took photos of her in the car trying to drive away, her acting as if nothing had happened - and smiling at the home owner as she maneuvered her car out of the way and takes off again - in one of the images the lady posted at the time on social media there's an obvious half full small mixer bottle of vodka in the center console.

It's easy to completely change 'persona' within 30 minutes (when she appeared 'sober, coherent, normal) at some clothing shop to purchase hats earlier that morning, and then be utterly bombed out and have no idea of the past 12 hours, esp if you pop a handful of valium or other benzo's and chase it with some vodka mixers while driving around town purportedly on the way home.
