When Europe says they will make more armaments, who exactly is making this stuff?

Europe was all about more guns, ammo for Ukraine. the question is assuming the loan was approved (it wasnt), Europe itself doesnt make much anymore in terms of guns or ammo. At least not in any capacity that would make a difference to the Ukraine war. So was it just virtue signalling or is Europe really run by incompetent retards?

One tank factory in France, One tank factory in s korea, one old tank factory that needs retooling in germany, one old tank factory that needs retooling in the US... That's it, that's what's left. (the s korean one, it still pumps out the tanks, really good ones actually...)


Zero parts are being made by anyone other then chyna.... Chyna also makes the tooling these factories will need to retool to even try and make tanks again...

Who makes the worlds steel again?

There are several major manufacturers in Europe, including HK and FN. Larger arms, I'm not sure, but I doubt there's no one.
