Guessing you're not a native English speaker. You've touched on one of the unwritten rules of the language: it's not the fact that the thing on the ground is manmade that makes it "a floor" rather than "the ground", but whether it is surrounded by walls or not. "Ground" would still be a common way to refer to a sidewalk or street, and a native speaker would absolutely never use "floor" for those. If you wanted to be specific, you'd call them "concrete" or "pavement". You'd want to use those if you end up in one of the grey areas like, say, an open-walled pavilion.
I'm legitimately having trouble thinking of how I'd refer to the surface of a boat dock, boardwalk or, say, a wooden porch. "Deck" I guess. Doesn't come up much.
I assumed the post title was a pun referencing the lyrics: "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" from the song "Bodies" by American rock band Drowning Pool released in May 2001 for the debut album "Sinners," released by Wind-up Records on June 5, 2001.
However, I believe the much more compelling debate about what is and isn't a floor merits an entire thread of discussion. According to Merriam-Webster, a floor could refer to:
2 a: the lower inside surface of a hollow structure (such as a cave or bodily part) b: a ground surface: the ocean floor
So it appears that referring to any ground surface is a widely accepted use of the word floor. I hereby certify the post title as accurate. If you have any questions, you can contact our editorial board at: whogivesashitabouttheuseofthewordfloorasgroundamiriteorwhatlmfao@aol.com

Not compelling for his case though. Think about it. The ocean floor is in the ocean as in a ginormous water container. So the ground becomes the floor because it is within. I don’t know how to word this in a clear way, I’m not good at explaining common sense
It's okay, you will learn someday. I have lots of faith in you. I guess you could say that there isn't really a floor that's low enough to keep you from rising up.
This happened because he lifted the bed too fast and had too much material at the front of the dump bed. It looks like he didn't unlatch his dogs. Which are the pneumatic hooks that lock the tailgate in place. This truck was destroyed by an idiot.
I just realized something. Aren't these people supposed to raise the dump bed and drive forward to let it hit the ground? Not just raise it and stay put?
Now currently taking over the trucking industry in the US. Ain't no more good ole boy white knight truck drivers. Shitskins now roam the highways as the new face of "truckin"
