a big crash is coming. people fail to understand that tariff plus inflation means pain for the u.s customer. you'll pay more that's for sure.

i've heard house insurance premiums are going up, insurance is pricing in what rebuilding a house will cost in the future, migrant labor is a significant part of it, if they're deported you won't be able to afford a hole in the wall

yup just a part of the whole equation. here in florida we cant almost afford our property taxes and insurance. they are through the roof. sad part is that we are bound to pay up because otherwise we would lose our property.

my old man worked 3 jobs to have our house. we never took a vacation to disney or a cruise because buying a home was our aim.

he is in his 70's right now. do you think he should work some more in order to pay up the big salaries of some motherfuckers

Like beaner workers means houses last longer and probably need less repairs. Costs more but long term costs less.
