I believe there are poor people clinics where you can get work done for cheap. Parents took me to such a place when I was 18 for an extraction.

Go to the dentist. No root canals as they have a 100 % failure rate and you sign a waiver. Pull the tooth. Get them cleaned. Know what's in there. If you get upper and lower total implants. Runs around 40,000.

Just across the border at San Diego are great dentists. You see lines of Americans crossing there to go. Very good.

Comparatively very inexpensive.

They treat thousands of Americans each year.

Go there. Drive.

Whatever you spend in gas money will save you a. Fortune.

And don't forget that American doctors and dentists now rank at the bottom.

So no bullshit about how the treatment will be worse.

My friends who took that route sailed to Mexico to visit the dentist. That was over a decade ago now, though. I wouldn't want to personally try that.

It will cost almost exponentially the longer you wait. Schedule an appointment immediately. Call for the costs on the following: initial X-rays, cleaning, and tooth cavities. If you are at root canal-level or worse, I hope you have a lot of money, but it has to be done. Once rot starts setting in, your teeth will eventually crack or break, causing constant pain.

As @Trope said, there are cheaper clinics. Also, colleges and schools are really cheap, but you are getting students. A friend went the student route and he never said anything negative about doing it, so there is that.

Probably cheaper to get it done in Costa Rica or Mexico.
