But then following WW2 some eggheads recognized that a lot of their behavioral science results could be put to good use by corporations, and HR was born.
But at the same time cultural marxism was making inroads into Western society. That crowd quickly realized that HR was a perfect platform for weaseling their ideologies into the general culture.
Nbr 1 on their list is, of course, to get into a position of power and then wield that power to stamp out any and all dissenting voices. HR gets to act unilaterally and without any impedance. And all it takes is a 2 year certificate from your local community college. Now with more niggers.
I would say HR is more powerful than the CEO since they can make the CEO of a company quit on their demand. I remember in college how niggers and women loved to say they would never use their own power and privilege to hurt others... its all bullshit of course. DEI and women are notorious for forcing their ways down peoples' throats.
