Desiccant dehumidifiers for electronics

submitted by Conspirologist to technology 2 monthsFeb 28, 2025 02:37:52 ago (+3/-3)     (technology)

Electronics are damaged by high humidity. After I installed a desiccant dehumidifier in my room, it retained humidity liquid very fast.

I suggest desiccant dehumidifiers to everyone. They cost $10 - $15 a piece.

I've got one in my basement to dry the basement for the gun storage. Was a couple of hundred bucks. Worth it. It will pull a gallon out of the air overnight in springtime.

I'm not sure what device are you talking about. I'm talking about a small dessicant dehumidificator for a small room with electronics, or bathroom, for about $10 - $15.
